Prioritizing Health and Hygiene to Include All Learners

At Global Lighthouse Studios and Globally Empowered, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn and thrive in a healthy, safe environment.

In partnership with two incredible schools in Uganda Happy Times Child Care Initiatives and Guerin Academy Uganda we’re raising funds to provide essential hygiene supplies for young girls and diapers for the youngest children in our care.

Happy Times is a certified NGO in Katikamu, Uganda, that serves as both a school and home for children who have faced great hardship. The children grow their own crops, bake their own bread, and receive love, shelter, education, and medical care in a nurturing environment.

Guerin Academy Uganda, founded in 2025 in Soroti City, serves children from rural and underserved communities. Even though classes are currently held in makeshift classrooms, teachers are deeply committed to providing inclusive, quality education and equipping themselves with the tools to support all learners.

Your donation will help us:

• Provide sanitary products so girls can attend school confidently and consistently.

• Supply diapers and hygiene items for the youngest children.

• Support ongoing health and hygiene education within both schools.
