About Fight Back Foundation

Fight Back. Rise Up

The Fight Back Foundation was created to empower survivors of domestic violence through community, education, and the transformative power of martial arts and athletics.

We believe that every person deserves to feel safe, supported, and empowered to take control of their own story.

Through fundraising events, self-defense education, partnerships with local organizations, and community outreach, we strive to break the cycle of violence and remind survivors that they are never alone. Our signature event, the Fight Back Invitational, brings together female athletes from across New England to compete for a cause greater than themselves raising funds and awareness for those impacted by domestic violence.

In our inaugural event, we raised more than $7,500 for Abby's House, supporting critical services for women and children in our community. But our mission extends beyond a single event. We are committed to expanding access to education, building confidence through self-defense, and creating spaces where women can find connection, healing, and hope.

When you support the Fight Back Foundation, you're doing more than making a donation. You're helping survivors access resources, inspiring women to discover their strength, and building a future where no one has to fight alone.

Join us. Sponsor an event. Make a donation. Share our mission. Together, we can help survivors fight back and move forward with courage, dignity, and strength.
