Join the Education for Tomorrow Alliance Virtual Job Fair for local juniors and seniors from the Conroe and Willis Independent School Districts to meet our future workforce!

This is an opportunity for companies to share short presentations with high school students and soon-to-be graduates seeking full-time or part-time employment. While the event does not offer a space for one-on-one interviews, it presents an opportunity for companies to offer a company overview, employment opportunities and requirements, along with some Q & A time with small groups of potential employees.

Several of the participating students have certain industry-based skillsets and certifications including but not limited to; ASE, AUTOCAD, OSHA 30, ServeSafe Manager, API Welding, EKG, EMT, Phlebotomy, Pharmacy Tech, Construction Technology, Veterinary Assistant, Microsoft Office and more!

Participating companies will be asked to prepare for three 20-minute sessions with different groups of students who have chosen to learn about your company. Students have been told that this is not a job interview, but a learning opportunity. Students will be given the company's contact information following the sessions to individually reach out to inquire about the open job opportunities.

This year we will be hosting one session on Tuesday, March 24 for high school juniors and seniors who are looking for either full or part-time work either over the summer or beginning after graduation. When you register, we will ask that you specify if you are looking for high school graduates, part time workers, or full time employees so we can better guide students when registering for their sessions.

There is no cost to register, but employers should plan to attend the full duration of the session.
