Rusty is a Male Australian shepherd mix

Just recently he started having seizures. We took him to Kathleen Animal Hospital and was prescribed 250mg medication. But, that didn't help Rusty started to have seizures again We took him to Veterinarian Healthcare Associates in Winter Haven FL. The Hospital upped Rusty's medication to 500mg. And still has seizures badly. The Veterinary wants to do a MRI and I can't afford it. They said it cost 4,000.00 for a MRI. Please anyone help me and help Rusty Please. Thank you all so much.....
