This interactive workshop panel brings together four working playwrights: Lee Cataluna, AJ Layague, John Minigan, and Amy Tofte, from this year’s PSE and The Match/Mini Match cohorts.
Moderated by Suzi Elnaggar, the session explores how playwrights identify the *right* opportunities at the *right* time, what submission strategies help—or hinder—progress, and the varied, nonlinear paths scripts can take from draft to production.
Dramaturgs from DDP, will chime in with insider perspectives on effective collaboration and development processes.
The format features a 30‑minute panel followed by 30 minutes of open discussion with participants—perfect for diving into what works (and what doesn’t) in the world of new play development.
All ticket donations goes towards the work of developing plays with DDP!
