From Daryan: Train and raise funds with me for student mentorship in Central Texas

I'm honored to promote this event and pay it forward to the beautiful young women in my community. This organization initimately understands the experiences of Latina youth and first-generation college students in Central Texas. Con Mi MADRE provides inter-generational mentorship, resources, and peer support to create more ease, exploration, and access.

I don't really train with mileage - I train with songs. My team, el BPM, is named after the playlist I've been walking to for years. Every song is about 120 Beats Per Minute (BPM) or higher, making even the longest (and VERY HOT) walks feel a little shorter. ast songs = Fast steps = All walks are possible. No entreno pensando en kilómetros - entreno con canciones. Mi equipo, el BPM, lleva ese nombre por la playlist que me ha acompañado durante años de caminatas. Cada canción tiene alrededor de 120 Beats/Golpes Por Minuto (BPM) o más, haciendo que hasta las caminatas más largas (y con MUCHÍSIMO calor) se sientan un poquito más cortas.
