Northshore Senior Services has made a huge difference in the lives of my husband and myself. As seniors trying to navigate the COVID-19 world has been challenging. At first, we had symptoms that made it necessary to self-isolate. It was sad and we had to fight off the feelings of depression that went with it. I saw the information on Facebook that Northshore Senior Center was having a Pop Up Event and had essentials available for anyone who had the need. We had never reached out in that way before but I sent an email asking for assistance. The essential food supplies and toilet paper that was freely given to us was a blessing. It meant that we did not have to worry about going anywhere while we were recuperating. In addition, two hot, gluten-free meals were delivered to us with the essential supplies. A few days after our first delivery I fell and broke my hip. When I returned home 8 days later I again reached out to the Northshore Senior Center. They began delivering daily hot lunches and essentials to us while I began my recuperation. Their continuing support has been a huge blessing to us. Please considering doing what you can to support Northshore Senior Center, even sharing this post is a way to help!
Without significant fundraising, we are projecting to lose more than $500,000 this year, which would put us out of business. We need your help now more than ever!
Covid-19 has been ravaging our community, and seniors have proven to be the most at-risk. During this time of crisis, Northshore Senior Center has stepped up to help ensure seniors in our community can stay home and stay safe. We're proud of the work we've been doing, such as delivering food and prescriptions, but our organization is at risk. We know that we need to adapt fast to our changing reality. Now, more than ever, our community needs us…and we need you.
Please make a donation to our Crisis Response Fundraiser.

In times like this, we’re reminded how interconnected we all are. Thank you for being a part of our community. Without you, none of this is possible.
Stay safe and well,
