About Our Honoree: Steve Thoe
Steve Thoe is a distinguished community leader and retired banking executive from Cumberland, Wisconsin. With over three decades of service at Cumberland Federal Bank, including almost 20 years as President, Steve has demonstrated exceptional leadership in both business and community service. His involvement spans various local organizations, including the Cumberland Chamber of Commerce, Cumberland Education Foundation, and the Cumberland Kiwanis. In 2015, Steve was recognized as Cumberland Citizen of the Year.
Featured Speaker: Brent Whittenberger
Brent Whittenberger is a featured personality on Life on the Edge on the Outdoors Channel, wildlife photographer and woodworker from Chetek. Brent is also currently a teacher and coach at Cameron High School. Brent's lifelong passion for the outdoors led him to Alaska where he was futured on the documentary series. During his remote adventures, he has built cabins, lived off the land, and had close encounters with wolves and bears -- an experience he describes as life-changing. Hear about Brent's Alaskan experience and his passion for the outdoors.
