Your support means the world to us!
Featured resident: Simon, saved in the Caldwell Cruelty Seizure of 2018 when he was just a few weeks old. At that time, we took in 133 pigs who were sick, emaciated, and terrified. Simon is a beloved 'sweet potato,' who needs lots of extra love and support from our team as he ages.
Featured resident: Missy, who was born at CTPR in 2018. Her mom, Opal, came to us pregnant in the Caldwell Cruelty Seizure, and Missy and her siblings had a challenging in-utero experience because Opal was so sick and malnourished. Missy and her siblings overcame a lot to survive, but today thrive never knowing anything but love in their life.
Featured resident: Wicket, a shy, reserved boy who was rescued in the Bastrop Cruelty Seizure of 2016. We took in 44 pigs who were all starving, sick, emaciated, and living among the deceased. The puppy-mill-style breeder was selling pigs as 'micro pigs', a marketing scam rooted in animal abuse that breeders use to sell pigs at a premium.
Featured Resident: Falco & Sparrow, two shy, gentle brothers. Their mom Raven was abandoned in the wild and after she had her babies, she fiercely protected them untl we could rescue them.
Featured Resident: Olive, one of our two goat residents. She and Otis are two mischievous seniors, constantly playing pranks on our volunteers. They are a part of our Donkey herd which helps to serve as predator protection. All of them were rescued in 2016 after being left on a property.
Featured Resident: Pixie, the happiest, loveliest girl, full of exuberance and charm. Pixie was saved from an FFA program in 2021 and was the first pig rescued to the Enchanted Pig Forest after our property move.
Featured Resident: King George of Beautyberry Borough. George is charming, sweet, and as sweet as he is powerful. George and his friends Willie and Kitty were rescued from a farm in Massachusetts by the ASPCA in the largest animal cruelty case in New England's history (as of 2018).
Make a lasting, lifelong impact on our organization. Our Legacy Sponsorship is in honor of the pigs we've saved - with the help of our incredible community - who lived their best lives and whose legacies and rescue stories live on thanks to the people who love them. This level of sponsorship helps us move forward on critical infrastructure projects that help elevate our standard of care and provide the best life for our residents.

Featured resident: Queen Loretta, who passed away in 2024. Loretta was royalty, a loving matriarch and charismatic friend. She and her family members were locked in a livestock trailer for over a year awaiting slaughter. We saved her and her two siblings, Hank and Emmylou on January 1, 2017. Her bright presence is missed every day.
