Collective Accleration will be hosting an applied ‘’Long-Arc Strategy and Stewardship Lab’’ for teams in California that self-assess that they are ready and will benefit. Please review the details closely and begin conversations or share with potential teams. 

Applications/registration for the lab is requested for no later than Friday, November 6. 

Purpose

To apply long-arc strategy and stewardship to questions, challenges, and opportunities that benefit from a multi-generational perspective rooted in purpose and aiming towards a thriving horizon.  Rather than hoping a policy win might snowball into permanent system change, this approach begins by asking: what is desired – 100 to 150 years from now – and therefore what must be put in place today and in the next 12-25 years to move toward that future.

Approach

• Begins with a three-day learning intensive on February 2, 3, and 4

• Monthly coaching and support calls with the companion coaches (April, May, June); and two learning sessions for the companion coaches, one in-person

• Webinar for all teams in the 3rd quarter

• Survey to share learning experiences, followed by a "show and tell" Zoom that completes the lab

Please note that each team is responsible for its own travel costs, including hotel, airfare, ground transportation, and parking.
