Please complete the below to participate as a volunteer at the Central California Women's Conference on September 16, 2025.  CCWC will accept the ONLY 100 volunteers.    

 

Volunteer jobs may be reassigned by the Conference Director or the CCWC Board based on the event day needs.  Each volunteer is asked sign up as a Greeter, Pepsi Break Helper or Luncheon Room Hostess.  Unless told otherwise by Conference Director, all positions should have the flexibility to assist in one of these areas.     

 

Schedules and job details are subject to change based on event needs.

Room Hostess

Hostess are asked to monitor the breakout session.  This includes but is not limited to: Encouraging completion of surveys; Introduction of speakers; enforce Fire regulations; answer conference related questions and obtain an approximate count of attendees in each session.

Hall Hostess

Hall Hostess are asked to roam Breakout session areas supporting volunteers, attendees, speakers and more.

Luncheon Set up

Our Luncheon Set Up team will work to place various items needed on the 340+ tables in preparation for the Keynote Luncheon.

Speaker Resources

Our Speaker Resource Volunteers work in the Saroyan theatre assisting the speakers who have elected to have a booth to share more about their topics.  Volunteers will assist with monitoring the booths while the speaker is presenting and assists with any information the speaker may need.

Marketplace Monitor

Marketplace Monitors assist with answering questions of the vendors and attendees in the Marketplace.  In addition  volunteers in the marketplace will assist securing the Hall at Lunch, distributing conference material and more.

Afterparty Set Up

The Afterparty Team will reset the Main Hall after the Keynote luncheon in preparation for the last session of the day.
