At the check-in table, you’ll be the first friendly face welcoming our golfers and donors to the event. Each volunteer will have a clear, focused role—checking in teams, selling super tickets, and offering opportunities for skins, 50/50, and raffle entries. This is where the day begins, and your energy helps set the tone for a fun, smooth, and memorable experience. It’s a great way to meet participants, be part of the excitement, and play a key role in kicking off a fantastic event.
When you arrive, please check in with Dean G, Jenn A, or Jeneanne B from the PA team for your assignment and any final instructions. Someone will also be stationed at the bag drop area to help direct you to the right place. We appreciate you being on time and ready to jump in—your role is key to a smooth and successful event!
