The Ice Cream Man is based on a true story. Shortly after the Nazi invasion of the Netherlands, Ernst Cahn, a popular Jewish ice cream parlor owner, und. himself targeted by the infamous "Butcher of Lyon", Klaus Barbie. As his world crumbles, Cahn must make a fateful decision... a choice that will reverberate throughout the country.
