A Brightside Buddy is a volunteer who wants to work with our employees to help with any task while working at Brightside Cafe. Social skills is a big part of their growth in the workforce and we want to provide opportunities for the local community to provide opportunities for our employees to use those skills. We are looking for our future mentors and are excited to provide opportunities to the community to come spend time gaining relationships with our employees while volunteering at Brightside Cafe. This would be a great opportunity for any high school students to come get volunteer hours, broaden their people skills, and learn about inclusion within the work place.
