Brightside Forever Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a brighter, more inclusive future by empowering individuals with special needs. Through advocacy, education, and initiatives, we aim to break barriers, celebrate differences, and provide resources that foster independence, purpose, and belonging for all. 

The Brightside Forever Foundation believes that EVERYONE deserves to be seen, loved, and giving an opportunity to feel success! We focus on four areas that bring awareness to the special abilities community in the area of employment.

1. Special Ability Employement Opportunity Awareness: To empower adults with special needs by creating job opportunities at Brightside Cafe, promoting inclusive workplace environments, and educating other employers about the value of hiring individuals with diverse abilities. 

2. Scholarship for Life Skills Programing: Empowering students with special needs by providing financial support to attend specialized college programs that cater to their unique educational, social, and career development needs. Our goal is to ensure that every student, regardless of their challenges, has access to higher education opportunities that nurture their potential and open doors to future success. 

3. Scholarship for Future Special Educators or related fields:  To provide scholarships and financial support to students pursuing degrees in special education, fostering a future where every child with special needs receives a quality education.

4. Provide Opportunity to connect the community with the mission of Brightside Cafe: Build bridges between the local community and Brightside Café with a focus on creating spaces for connection, learning, and mutual support. Through events, outreach programs, and collaborative initiatives, this will enable the public to interact with the café, promoting inclusion, empowerment, and understanding. By supporting the café and its employees, the community can contribute to a more inclusive and vibrant society.
