About Between Grief and Glory

"You Were Never Meant to Carry This Alone"

Between Grief & Glory exists for the moments no one sees—

when faith feels fragile, questions feel heavy, and healing feels far away.

We know what it’s like to carry silent wounds.

To sit in the tension between hope and heartbreak.

To long for transformation that doesn’t come from quick fixes—but from meeting God in the middle of the grief, the waiting, and the unknown.

That’s why we created spaces where people can slow down, be seen, and  begin to heal—deeply, honestly, and without pressure.

Through your support, we are able to walk alongside:

  • Teens in juvenile detention searching for identity and belonging
  • Single mothers who feel invisible, overwhelmed, and alone
  • Individuals navigating trauma and faith questions that don’t have easy answers

This work doesn’t happen without people like you.

Your generosity helps us provide soul care, mentorship, and restorative retreats—often at little to no cost for those who need it most.

And this isn’t just support.

It’s transformation.

The kind that reaches beneath the surface.

The kind that stays.

The kind only God can bring.

When you give, you’re helping someone move from grief… into glory.

Give now and help someone take their first step toward healing.

Partnership

When you give, you are not just donating—you are sowing into transformation:

  • Provide holistic care — Soul care that touches spiritual, emotional, and relational wounds.

  • Support the vulnerable — Single mothers, incarcerated teens, and weary young adults.

  • Build lasting transformation — Not a quick fix, but rooted faith that sustains a lifetime.

  • Empower the disadvantaged — Making mentorship and spiritual formation accessible to those who couldn’t afford it otherwise.

How will my donation be used?

This isn’t theoretical support—it is real people, real rooms, real stories unfolding right now.

Your gift directly fuels Between Grief & Glory.

Not hypothetically.
Not someday.
Right now.

Our core need: $7,600/month

This allows us to:

  • Serve full-time through spiritual mentorship
  • Host retreats + workshops
  • Reach women and teens through outreach

It also covers the behind-the-scenes essentials:
website, podcast tools, retreat supplies, and communication systems.

Our full ministry budget: $225,000–$245,000/year

That supports:

  • Leadership + facilitation
  • Program development + training
  • Retreat experiences
  • Admin + communications
  • Ongoing formation + certification

And yes—we tithe and reinvest into aligned nonprofits.

While every gift matters—
monthly partners are what sustain this work long-term.

Consistency = care that doesn’t disappear.

How do I know my gift makes an impact?

We believe transparency builds trust. As a partner, you will receive regular updates, stories, and reports so you can see exactly how your generosity is being used.

But more than numbers—it looks like this:

He was seventeen.
Hardened by life. Already more concrete than soft tissue.

He didn’t want a counselor.
Didn’t need a mentor.

But when I sat down across from him in that jail room and said,
“You don’t have to say a word if you want to… I’m just here,”
he looked at me like he didn’t believe me.

Still—he stayed.

And that was the beginning.

Week after week, I came back.
No grand gestures.
No pressure.

Just presence.
Prayer.
Listening.

Slowly, something shifted.

His anger began to soften.
His story began to surface.
His grief finally had somewhere to go.

One day, he whispered:

“I don’t even know what I believe about God…
but when you pray, I feel something.
Like I’m not alone in this room.”

This is the work.

Not programs for the sake of programs.
Not quick fixes.

But sacred, consistent presence—
where healing begins quietly… and lasts.

There are more stories like this waiting to begin.
But they don’t happen without consistent support.

Not without people who say yes to showing up—month after month.

Your support makes moments like this possible.

What if I can’t give monthly?

Not ready for monthly? That’s okay.

One-time gifts still make a real difference.

You can also sponsor specific needs:

  • Retreats
  • Meals
  • Training programs
  • Supplies

Or give in-kind support like printing or services.

Every gift extends this work.
