WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR SNOW DAY 2026!

Snow Day, a CAC Beardsley Community Farm Benefit, will be hosted at The Mill & Mine from 6:00-9:00 PM on Friday, January 30th, 2026. Come and help us celebrate Beardsley Farm! Snow Day will feature live music, a soup contest between some of Knoxville's finest restaurants, a silent auction, and a cash bar. 

Snow Day is an important fundraiser for CAC Beardsley Community Farm that helps raise money for our annual operating budget. The event features performances from musicians, a soup contest between some of Knoxville's finest restaurants, and a silent auction! Snow Day has become a very popular Knoxville tradition with about 400 attendees and support from over 100 local businesses in Knoxville.

We are looking for volunteers to help our event run smoothly. Volunteers help with tasks such as setting up, ticket entry, serving soup, breakdown, and more! Snow Day volunteers only work a few hours and get free entry to Snow Day!. We also want you to get a chance to try all the soups, listen to the bands, and enjoy Snow Day with the rest of Knoxville! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
