Every time I attend a practice with our athletes and families at Triangle Special Hockey, I am reminded just how fortunate I am to be part of something so meaningful.
What we do is about far more than hockey. It’s about creating a place where every athlete is seen, valued, and celebrated for exactly who they are. It’s about families finding a community that understands them, supports them, and walks alongside them. And it’s about the joy—pure, unmistakable joy—that fills the rink when our players take the ice or the floor, learn new skills, and achieve things that once may have seemed out of reach.
As Program Director, I have the privilege of witnessing moments that stay with me forever: a player scoring their first goal, a teammate offering encouragement after a fall, a parent sharing how much this program means to their family. These moments are powerful reminders that what we are building together truly changes lives.
But none of this happens without support.
Your generosity helps us provide ice time/rink time, equipment, coaching, and a safe, welcoming environment where our athletes can grow—not just as hockey players, but as confident individuals. It ensures that financial barriers never stand in the way of participation, and that every family who needs us can find a home here.
I am deeply grateful for the role you play in making this program possible. Because of you, our athletes don’t just play hockey—they belong.
Help me make Triangle Special Hockey's Spring Shootout a fun, successful fundraiser for all our players, coaches, and families!
