$175Security Camera for Alley

A donation of $175 will provide for a solar-powered security camera that can be mounted in a Baden resident's backyard facing the alley. A donation of $75 would provide for aluminum and plastic signage, including "Neighborhood Watch" and "No Dumping." These signs would be installed in neighborhood "hot spots" and gifted to residents in attendance at the monthly community meetings.

$75Lawn and Garden Awards

$75Welcome New Residents

A donation of $75 will provide for the supplies necessary for creating welcome baskets for new resident homeowners in the neighborhood.

$50Newsletter Distribution

A donation of $50 will provide for newsletters to be printed and distributed to neighborhood residents online and at community meetings. Newsletters are published quarterly. A long-term goal is to raise enough funds to be able to print and mail each publication to residents, since we have many seniors who are unable to physically join community meetings but would like to hear about ROBA's work and other neighborhood development projects.

$200Community Meeting Signage

A donation of $200 will provide for professionally-created vinyl signage to advertise the neighborhood's monthly community meetings. The goal is to have a sign permanently installed at each major entrance to the neighborhood.

$50Beautification Supplies

A donation of $50 will provide materials and supplies for beautification projects in the Baden neighborhood. This could include gardening tools, paint and painting supplies, landscaping materials, or trash clean up supplies.

$50Refreshments

A donation of $50 will provide for refreshments at community meetings and volunteer events. Typical refreshment offerings include bottled water, oranges, bananas, chips, cookies, and baked treats.

$50Raffle Prizes for Community Meetings

A donation of $50 will provide high-quality and high-interest raffle prizes to give away during community meetings. Raffle tickets are passed out for free to everyone who attends the community meeting. Exciting raffle prizes are a successul engagement strategy that encourage high attendance rates at our meetings, not to mention how much fun it is to give away a great prize!
