The Regional Emerging Multicultural Leadership Experience is a dynamic learning experience that celebrates and supports the Y’s next generation of multicultural leaders through networking and mentoring opportunities, educational presentations, and resources that inspire staff to deepen their connection and commitment to the Y and nonprofit leadership. This event will serve YMCA’s across South Texas. Full- and part-time staff are invited to attend to connect with peers, mentors, and Y leaders, invest in their self-development, and become better positioned to grow their career at the Y.
