Arrive ideally 10-15 minutes early to lay out art supplies for participants. If you are new the other person you are volunteering with as well as the locations supervisor will show you where supplies are and where to set up. Right down names of all attendants legibly as they enter the space and socialize with participants being sure to make them feel welcome! There will be an offred activity for the day that you can tell participants about if they are intereested. Have a great time and start clean up 10-15 minutes before 3pm.
