Angel is a pre-med student who is passionate about serving others through healthcare and hopes to use this opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. She is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who has volunteered her time and talents to join this year’s brigade.

Honduras Good Works has awarded her a $1,000 scholarship toward the $2,100 cost of the trip, and she needs your help to raise the remaining $1,100.

Her goals for this trip are: “I hope to contribute not only technical competence, but also compassion, attentiveness, and a willingness to serve wherever I am needed. I want patients to feel respected and cared for, and I want to be a dependable team member who supports both providers and the community with humility.”
