Mason and Major are five-year-old twins whose distinct personalities makes it easy to tell them apart! They both have developmental delays and attend the Early Intervention program in Philadelphia. Since they began attending Easterseals, both boys have become more social and are doing better with understanding and following directions, which is letting their unique personalities shine. They love to attend school! Major is very independent and a true gentleman who likes to tip his hat when saying hello. He earned a Positive Behavior Award and an Occupational Therapy award during his first year of school. Mason is a social butterfly, happiest engaging with staff, going to the gross motor room and being the center of attention. Both boys are very smart and love to run circle time in their classrooms. When they aren’t at school, they are super active in the community. They enjoy everyday activities like starlight walks with their aunt, spending time with their cousin, Ziyah, and going to the playground. They also love going to bigger community events at places like Chestnut Hill College and St. Joseph’s University. The power of community is important, from family to school and beyond and we love to see how it’s helping Mason and Major to learn, play, and grow.
