The Mariposa Walk celebrates the strength, resilience, and transformational journey of young Latinas and their mothers through education. Every step taken helps provide mentorship, leadership development, college access, and the support families need to achieve educational success and economic mobility.
 

I walk for the journey I've been blessed to share with my mother and the experiences we shared while learning and moving through my higher education journey. From meetings to website searches and orientation, my mother was right by my side. I want this to be the experience of many, and Con Mi MADRE provides opportunities so that many young Latinas and their mom have that opportunity.
