Help Holly and Alden Return to Honduras for a Medical Mission

Holly has spent much of her life caring for others—as a nurse practitioner and as a volunteer on 25 medical mission trips across five countries. Since 2000, she’s been a part of Honduras Good Works, returning year after year to serve communities where medical care is often limited. Now recently retired, she’s preparing for another journey to rural Honduras this summer, continuing her dedication to helping those in need.

Her son Alden will be joining her again this year, who became involved with HGW five years ago, and has since joined the Board of Directors. This  will be his third trip to Honduras, where he’ll be traveling ahead of the main team to organize logistics, prepare  medications, coordinate trucks and drivers, and make sure everything’s in place for the clinics to run smoothly.

This mother-son team brings both experience and heart to the mission. But as always, these trips come with significant costs: flights, lodging, supplies, and countless behind-the-scenes details.

We’re hoping to raise $3,200 to help cover the essential costs of getting Holly and Alden to Honduras. If we’re fortunate enough to meet that goal, a stretch goal of $4,200 would allow us to contribute more toward medical supplies and cover any unexpected expenses along the way.

Any support you can give—whether through a donation or by sharing this message—means so much.

Thank you for helping make this mission possible.
