About Us

SWIA's two-generational approach targets children and parents from the same household; combining parents and child interventions to interrupt the cycle of poverty. Our approach emphasizes education, economic support, social impact, as well as health and well-being, to create opportunity and a legacy of economic security.

Programs

We provide a wide range of programs to meet the needs of the families we serve. Our youth & teen programs are designed to empower, engage, and equip the next generation of leaders to realize their potential with amazing hands-on career exploration, mentorship programs, simulations, internship opportunities, workshops, and experiences our alumni won't be able to stop talking about.
