1 Raffle Ticket
The Prize is a 2025 CX-90 PHEV Plug-In Hybrid from Roger Beasley Mazda. The 2025 CX-90 PHEV Plug-In Hybrid is valued at $53,620.09 (inclusive of tax, title and license fees). This amount, less $100 cost of winning raffle ticket, is taxable income to the winner. Prior to receiving the Prize, the winner must complete Form W-9 and provide 2 forms of identification to Helping Hand Home for Children, Inc. The winner will also receive a W-2G form by mail from Helping Hand Home for Children, Inc. by January 31, 2026.
Winner is responsible for any additional paperwork with Roger Beasley Mazda. Raffle ticket price is not tax deductible as a charitable donation or refundable, except as may be required by applicable law. Prior to delivery, winner must remit payment of $12,868.82 to Helping Hand Home for Children, Inc. which is 24% of the value of the Prize, to satisfy the mandatory U.S. income tax withholding.
Winner must claim the Prize within 3 days of being notified and make tax withholding payment to Helping Hand Home for Children, Inc. on or before April 15, 2025. Winner must take possession of the vehicle within 30 days of being notified. Prize redemption for cash is at the sole discretion of Roger Beasley Mazda. The winner will not be responsible for the title and license fees as that is being paid by Helping Hand Home for Children, Inc. thanks to the generosity of a donor.
