The Menagerie Diamond Earrings are valued at $12,500. Prior to receiving the Prize, the winner must complete Form W-9 and provide 2 forms of identification to Helping Hand Home for Children, Inc. The winner will also receive a W-2G form by mail from Helping Hand Home for Children, Inc. by January 31, 2027.
Raffle ticket price is not tax deductible as a charitable donation or refundable, except as may be required by applicable law. Prior to receiving, the winner must remit payment of $3,000 to Helping Hand Home for Children, Inc. to satisfy the mandatory U.S. income tax withholding.
Winner must claim the Prize within 3 days of being notified and make tax withholding payment to Helping Hand Home for Children, Inc. on or before April 15, 2026.
