You're invited to a beautiful day at BeeRidges Farm!

We have a host of locally grown & made foods and a fun-filled Sunday afternoon planned for you: 

 

🥗 Buffet supper included with delicious food from our vendors. 

🥃 Fall-themed craft cocktail & mocktail demonstration with free samples, by Chef Alex Gass of Fire and Salt  (custom cocktails for purchase!) 

🎶 Live music from Mountain Mystic and the Hootenany Boys. 

🍂 Take a stroll around the BeeRidges Farm pond and enjoy the waterfall and native plant habitats. 

🔥 Cozy up to the campfire, play corn hole, darts and more.

🍰 Dessert silent auction - Bid and take home a homemade treat.

💚 Learn & Grow Workshops, 3 to 5 p.m. - Shiitake Mushrooms, Oak Ridge Birdman, Q&A for Keeping Chickens in Oak Ridge, Nourish Kids Go Fishing, Community Gardening and more. Please RSVP so we can get a headcount. 

 

How to get an invitation: 

  • 💚 Donate $100 or more by Oct. 15 (or set up a monthly giving of $10+ per month)
  • 💚 Volunteer 10+ hours with us by Oct. 15. Psst... we could use help in the community garden program! 
  • 💚 Become a sponsor of the Winter Farmers Market (email manager@growoakridge.org for more info)

$35 Mushroom Workshop

Make a shiitake mushroom log the owners of BeeRidges Farm. You will inject a 2-foot oak log with shiitake spawn, which will bloom twice a year for several years. You will take home a shiitake log for your own garden, and be invited to join the Oak Ridge Shiitake growers community! Don't want to take one home? You may watch for free, of course! Only put this in your cart if you want to take one home.
