Real Opportunity. Real Kitchens. Real Impact.
CFFM’s Food Innovation programs are designed to break down the systemic barriers that historically excluded BIPOC, women, and immigrant entrepreneurs from succeeding in the food industry. Through year-round initiatives like Findlay Kitchen, Findlay Launch, and Findlay Learn, we provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and practical business education to food entrepreneurs at every stage of development. From recipe testing in commercial kitchens to full-scale storefront operation, our programs help entrepreneurs build resilient businesses with long-term viability. In 2024, over 80% of program participants identified as members of historically marginalized groups, and several have gone on to open their own brick-and-mortar locations—proving that with the right foundation, the next generation of food leaders is already here.
