Join us on Tuesday, September 16th at 6 PM for our CPG Labeling & Compliance Workshop! This brand new class is a great foundational course for small CPG brands just starting out or ramping up their production with hopes to secure shelf placement with retailers.   • Understanding FDA/USDA labeling requirements (e.g., nutrition facts, ingredient declarations, allergen labeling)

  • Making compliant marketing claims 

  • Packaging: what’s required vs. what’s optional

  • Keeping up with compliance laws

  • Resources: Where to go for help

 

Tickets for this class are $20 each. This class will be held at The Globe Building - 202 W. Elder Street, Cincinnati, OH, 45202.

About Dennis Lietz

Dennis Lietz is a pragmatic regulatory professional with over 30 years experience in the food industry. He has provided regulatory guidance on new product launches and ongoing global brand development for companies like Procter & Gamble, Kellogg, and Perfetti van Melle. In his current role, he is responsible for all label development and approvals, nutrient content claims, product superiority claims and underlying support. In order to keep up with the ever-changing industry standards, he stays active in food industry groups to monitor and influence new FDA proposals and regulations.
