Through your sponsorship, you will demonstrate your leadership to advance equitable outcomes for girls and women who are underrepresented in STEM fields. DemoChicks empowers young women and girls who represent diversity in age, country of origin, industry sector and education level. We also aim to specifically engage girls and women of color who are drastically underrepresented in STEM and ACE fields. As a sponsor, you will be recognized as a company that cares about the well-being of this community and the expansion of all our Signature Programs to broaden our reach to more girls and women. We’ve hit major strides as an organization since our founding in 2019. In less than five years, through our dedicated founder, Board members, and curriculum consultant, we have served 750 young women and girls. This reach included participants in our industry days and panel discussions; our DemoChicks On-Location program and in our DemoChicks On-Line program. We have awarded over $40,000 in Scholarships to young women who are pursuing careers in the STEM industry.
