Help stuff packets, name tags, and prep other materials prior to the event on September 16th at the Central Library! Help is needed from 4-5pm, 5-6pm, and 6-7pm.

Help the Go Clean Energy Conference be set up to run smoothly by helping with event set up! Set up will include things like setting up tables and chairs, registration table, signage/sandwhich boards, etc.

Time Commitment: 7:15AM - 8:15AM

Help guests get to the confrence smoothly by directing those arriving with details on parking and how to get to the right building.

This job requires standing outside from 8:15am - 9am

Help guests check in smoothly, reciving important information, name tags, and packets. 

Time: 8:15am-10:00am

Help speakers throughout the two morning panels stay on time by giving silent time warnings during their presentation. 

Time commitment: 8:15am - 12:00/noon

Capture photos and videos throughout the morning of the conference! Time comitment 8:15am-12pm. 

Help speakers during the three afternoon panels stay on time by giving silent time warnings during their presentation. 

Time Commitment: 12:30pm - 4pm

Capture photos and videos throughout the afternoon of the conference! Time comitment 12pm-4:15pm. 

Help wrap up the day by breaking down the conference! Putting away tables, chairs, picking up trash, etc. 

Time Commitment: 4pm - 5pm
