Our Mission

The Warrior Health Foundation is a veteran-led 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to transforming the lives of Special Operations Forces (SOF) veterans. Our mission is to provide individualized, holistic care that addresses the devastating effects of Operator Syndrome—a condition caused by repeated exposure to concussive blast waves during combat and training.

Through our innovative approach, we deliver customized, proactive treatments directly to veterans at no cost, empowering them to heal, recover, and reclaim their quality of life. Equally important to the treatment itself is the sense of community we foster. Our commitment to each participant is not short-term—it is lifelong. By providing a supportive and understanding network, we ensure that no warrior faces their challenges alone.

Our Why

Following a distinguished career as a Navy SEAL, Sean Rosario witnessed firsthand the significant gaps in the VA system’s ability to address the complex health challenges faced by SOF veterans. Determined to make a difference, Sean redirected his mission from serving our country to serving his fellow operators in need.

The Warrior Health Foundation bridges this critical gap by delivering cutting-edge, holistic treatments directly to the doorsteps of these elite warriors. We offer more than care—we offer hope, support, and a pathway to recovery for those who have sacrificed everything in service to our nation.
