Stand with Our Veterans, Active-Duty Members & Their Families
This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to stand with those who have stood for us. Veterans Association of North County (VANC) is a one-stop resource and community hub in Oceanside, CA—created by veterans, for veterans. Your support today ensures that critical services, educational opportunities, connection, and hope remain accessible to the men and women who served our nation.

VANC’s mission is to serve veterans, active-duty personnel, and military families by centralizing services and providing real solutions in one welcoming location. At our 13,500 sq. ft. facility, veterans can access VA resources, job training, certifications, community events, workshops, mental health support, financial coaching—and the sense of belonging they often lose after service.
Your Giving Tuesday donation helps us:
-
Maintain and expand our veteran resource center and facility
-
Offer job readiness and vocational training programs
-
Support mental health and wellness services
-
Provide workshops for spouses and transitioning service members
-
Ensure no veteran or military family is left without support

Our Ambitious Goal
This year, our Giving Tuesday goal is to raise $10,000 by the end of December to sustain and grow our programs. Every dollar makes a difference—and every gift directly impacts a veteran or military family right here in our community.
How you can help:
-
Give any amount today — every dollar counts
-
Share this campaign with friends, family, and colleagues
-
Volunteer your time or expertise

VANC is more than a building—it’s a lifeline. Every year, countless veterans and their families walk through our doors seeking connection, guidance, or a fresh start.
Here’s what your impact looks like:
-
A Marine transitioned into civilian life after completing our cybersecurity certification course.
-
A military spouse landed meaningful employment following our resume and interview workshop.
-
A veteran found a community again through our events, counseling services, and peer support programs.
-
A struggling service member gained access to financial coaching and housing support when he needed it most.
These stories are real. These stories are local. These stories are why VANC exists.

Thank You for Standing With Us
Our military and their families have sacrificed so much for our nation. Today, you have the chance to give something back.
