The Sapphire gem raffle will be held on April 12, 2024. Winner is subject to the following terms: Winner will provide The Katelle Foundation with a fully completed IRS W-9 form, email address, and phone number. Winner is subject to payment of withholding tax for the fair market value of the winning item. Current federal withholding tax rate is 21%. Payment of withholding tax to be made to The Katelle Foundation. The winner will also receive a W-2G from TKC in January 2024. Winner will receive the raffle prize once all tax payments have been processed and cleared. Raffle is not open to current employees and/or relatives of The Katelle Foundation or Korman Jewelry.
