This is an in-person position.  

We are looking for individuals who don’t mind walking the neighborhood to hand out flyers.

This is an in-person position.  

We are looking for individuals who are willing to drive their own vehicles and deliver baskets.

• Ability to be outdoors
• Ability to drive for hours in all kinds of weather
• Able to get in and out of the vehicle to deliver 30lb baskets
• Excellent customer service 
• Enjoy talking to people
• Must be able to understand instructions and effectively demonstrate quality results 
• Must be reliable

This position requires proof of car insurance.

Delivering gift baskets is a great activity to do with children to show them the importance of civic engagement. 

This is an in-person position.  

We are looking for individuals who are willing to work directing traffic to ensure all parties are in the correct line.

• Ability to lift, bend, twist, and carry up to 30 pounds if needed

• Able to move traffic and answer questions

This is an in-person position.  

Assist with setup.  Would like it if the same person could return for clean up.

This is an in-person position and one of the most importnt jobs. 

 Individuals willing to assist with clean up - one of the most underserved jobs.

We are looking for individuals who are willing to work in the kitchen.

• Ability to stand for an extended period
• Ability to set up and serve food
• Ability to clean up kitchen and dining areas
• Work with a team
• Must be able to understand instructions and effectively demonstrate quality results 
• Must be reliable and dependable

This is an in-person position.  

We are looking for individuals willing to cook and prepare the meals for the volunteers.

• Ability to stand for an extended period
• Ability to cook, set up and serve food
• Ability to clean up kitchen and dining areas
• Work with a team
• Must be able to understand instructions and effectively demonstrate quality results 
• Must be reliable

We are looking for individuals willing to fill in as needed for general office duties. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Copying, Stapling, Stuffing envelopes, etc.
• Great customer service 
• Enjoy working with people and as a team
• Must be able to understand instructions and effectively demonstrate quality results 
• Must be reliable 

This is an in-person overnight position. 

 To assist with the assembly of creating boxes.

 Assist with packing food into the boxes.

This is a Virtual Position.

Please note - our shifts are 8 hours; however, you will be able to work shorter shifts.

You must have a computer with a strong internet connection. 

We are looking for volunteers to call and or text past and present donors, nominees, and volunteers to participate in this year’s event.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Ability to answer event questions, forward messages, and assist callers with online sign-up.

This is an in-person position.  

We are looking for individuals willing to commit to the long haul.  This is an event-long shift. This individual is committed to making the event successful by doing whatever tasks are necessary.

• Ability to be indoors and outdoors
• Ability to work long hours, including overnight if needed.
• Enjoy working with people
• Must be able to understand instructions and effectively demonstrate quality results
