Corpus Christi's Premier Seafood Dining Event
We invite you to an exclusive evening of fine dining, featuring some of Corpus Christi’s most talented chefs and the freshest Gulf Coast seafood. This special event will take place at the legendary El Camino, where the days are warm, the margaritas are ice-cold, and the flavors are as bold as Texas itself. Nestled in the heart of downtown, El Camino is a tribute to the soul of the South, blending classic Tex-Mex with border town favorites.
The evening begins at 6 PM in El Camino’s Margarita Garden, where you’ll enjoy fresh Gulf Coast oysters and meet the dedicated individuals working to protect and preserve Texas shorelines. From there, we’ll move into El Camino’s High Road Room for an expertly crafted dinner. Throughout the night, you’ll savor creations from renowned chefs, including Chef Adam Gonzales, founder of Cafe Serranos and former owner of Castaways in Port A, Chef James Carpio, Executive Chef of Water Street Oyster Bar, and Chef Romeo Galindo, Jr., of Island Time Sushi Bar and Seafood Grill.
Whether you're an avid angler, wildlife advocate, or simply someone who values our natural heritage, this evening is for you.
