Serenely Guided Foundation for Rare Diseases is hosting a Mini Golf & Martinis night at Puttshack Seaport (58 Pier 4 Blvd., Boston) on Tuesday, March 24th - Cocktails @ 6:30 & Golf begins @ 7:00pm ~ Join us to golf, or to enjoy an SGF Signature Charity Cocktail or both! Sign-up to be a SGF Celebrity Mini Golfer and have your peers sponsor your round. Food will be served for individual golf and group golf tickets, as well as raffles throughout the night. Proceeds benefit the Serenely Guided Foundation for Rare Diseases. Parking available at The Alyx Parking Garage 60A Pier 4 Blvd.

The Serenely Guided Foundation has collaborated with Mom's Meals to provide rare disease patients and caregivers with dietary-friendly, nutritious, home-delivered meals to those who come to us in need. These meal cards are sent electronically and provide 21 meals that the patient and caregiver can select from the Mom's Meals menu and order when they would like.
Serenely Guided Foundation has collaborated with Mom's Meals to provide e-cards for rare patients and caregivers who are in need of dietary-friendly, nutritious, home-delivered meals. Your generous donation will provide 10 meals to a rare patient or caregiver.
The Serenely Guided Foundation provides custom patient and caregiver support and nourishment boxes that contains whatever wellness items the patient or caregiver needs. Sometimes they request compression socks, or cozy socks and travel bags or toiletries for in-patient hospital stays or travel back and forth to their treatment appointments. For pediatric patients, we provide coloring books, small toys, pajamas, blankets and other custom items.
