Seating 

All seating  for the ball  is theatre style. If your party deisres to be seated together or in proximity of one another, we suggest that those tickets be purchased in the same transaction.  Doors will open at 3:15 PM. 

Concessions

Complimentary beverages will be served. 

Event Attire

   Formal attire: 

• Men: Tuxedos or formal dark suits (A dress jacket is required)
• Women:  Full length ball or evening gowns, upscale pants suits, sophisticated separates

• No jeans, flip flops, slides or risqué/suggestive attire

Directions and Parking

Parking for the event may be prepurchased with your event tickets or you may park at the any of the parking options  near the venue.

Guest Seating

Each guest must have an individual ticket.

What items are not allowed at the ball?

No outside food or beverages,  weapons,  horns, whistles, flammable liquids, aerosol cans, drones, illegal drugs or substances are permitted. 

No professional photograhers or videographers are permitted. 

No personal filming or photography that obstructs the view of other guests/attendees is permitted.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable, if you can no longer attend, you may sell or give away your existing ticket.
