Rain came to us after I was contacted on Facebook. She said that she had lost all but one of her chickens and she felt like she was lonely and needed a flock! When she brought her to us it was pouring down rain, which is where her name came from! Her original name was Cluck Noris, but it confused the visiting kids into thinking she was a boy (which would be a rooster) instead of a girl (hen). So now we call her rain and love watching her run around with the rest of her rescue family flock!
