Hashtag became paralyzed from the waist down and incontinent after a routine visit for vaccines with his previous owners. It is unclear how that happened, but we have confirmed the paralysis is irreversible so he came to us for rehabilitation and to join our differently-abled crew! He’s just about the most innocent and purest example of life sometimes being just completely unfair, but as long as you have love and kindness and somebody to hold your hand through hard things.... it’s also absolutely beautiful!

Rocky came to us with a genetic disorder that caused partial paralysis, incontinence, 2 constantly working legs, and now has a wheelchair that zooms around in with Hashtag.
These two are best buddies and the love they share to visitors just like them is so very healing.
