Delilah and her puppies were found wandering around a junkyard.
They were rescued and brought to us. The puppies were adopted out to wonderful homes, but Delilah will get to stay here to help us heal hearts in the children that need her.
She is such a calm and trusting Mama even after the horrible experiences she has endured. So many children come to us not trusting anyone after some of their own unfortunate experiences. Delilah will be able to show them that, even though she was thrown away in a junk yard with her babies, she trusted us enough to show her unconditional love and that they can do the same with their new families. She can show them that with a little trust and kindness they can be happy again, too.
