Medication on our Pharmacy formulary.  SHCC has a formulary that has 25 different common medications routinely prescribed.  This includes meds for high cholesterol, high blood pressure, antibiotics for infection, and other medications.  Patients are more likely to be compliant with treatment if they do not have to choose between paying for a prescription or paying rent.

Ultrasound Machine: Enables our doctors to perform routine ultrasounds on-site, reducing long wait times for external referrals and lowering referral workload and costs.

Medical and Phlebotomy Supplies: Includes needles, tubes, and materials for twice-weekly lab work. We are grateful to Ascension Seton for processing our labs at no cost. Supplies also cover diabetic testing needs, test strips, gloves, and general items used daily in patient care.

Dental Supplies: Supported our dental team in providing $525,000 in dental care in 2025, including hygiene, infection control, fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures. These services restore smiles, rebuild confidence, and renew hope for our patients.

• X-Rays & Imaging To ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment, our medical team orders X‑rays and routine imaging through an outside provider.

• ARA Partnership Our partnership with ARA allows us to offer these services at a significantly reduced cost. We still require approximately $4,000 annually to continue providing imaging services for our patients.

Well Women’s Check-ups, cultures, and needle biopsies are sent out to a third party for analysis.  This covers approximately 75 checkups a year.  This is the first line of defense in diagnosing disease.

Provides routine medical and dental care for one patient for a year.  This does not include specialty care, imaging, or medication.

Provides a full set of dentures for a dental patient. 

Provides a partial denture for a patient.

Provides a crown or a mouth guard for a patient

Sacred Heart needs an ultrasound machine, a mini-split A/C system for the network closet, updated computers and software, a network security/help desk vendor, and office furniture. All fund-a-need levels support ongoing medical care costs that provide our patients with life-changing care and healthy habits.
