a service dog training program that will change lives while laying the foundation for everything else we’ve dreamed about.

This Is When the Rubber Meets the Road

I’ve seen firsthand how connection—between people, animals, and purpose—can transform lives.
This isn’t theory. This is the moment where it all goes from concept to concrete. From hope to healing. From what if to what’s next.

The Program

Led by veteran and expert trainer Chris Allen, our launch program will:

• Train service dogs for veterans living with PTSD or mobility challenges

• Provide these powerful companions at no cost, based on each veteran’s needs

• Create career pathways for veterans to become trainers and Phoenix Ranch mentors

• Lay the groundwork for expanding this model to off-course youth

• Instill patience, empathy, and boundaries—life skills essential to transformation

This program not only provides life-changing support for veterans but also creates a regenerative ecosystem where healing leads to purpose, purpose leads to livelihood, and livelihood strengthens communities.

Healing That Becomes Livelihood

This isn’t just about dogs. It’s about purpose.

We’ve built this with regenerative healing at the core—where recovery becomes resilience, and resilience becomes leadership. Here’s what participants experience:

Life Skills – Hands-on work, animal care, structure, responsibility
Nature & Movement – Nutrition, physical activity, being in the elements
Somatic Healing – Real tools to process trauma, release, and recover
Service & Mentorship – Recipients become givers, creating a powerful cycle

We’re starting with veterans—those who’ve already given so much—so we can establish a powerful model. Next, we’ll open it to the youth who need it most.
