Event Overview: Get ready to lace up your sneakers and join us for an exciting and impactful event—The Race for Education at Plumstead Christian School! On April 29th, our Preschool through 5th grade students will race around the school, not only enjoying a day of fun and fitness but also raising crucial funds to support their education.
Goal: Our ambitious goal is to raise $25,000 through this engaging fundraiser. This year, each classroom will be competing to see which can raise the most money. The funds raised will be used to enhance educational resources, support extracurricular programs, and improve our school facilities, ensuring a richer and more fulfilling learning experience for all our students.
How It Works:
-
Classroom Competition: Each classroom will have its own fundraising page. Students are encouraged to reach out to friends, family, and community members to contribute to their class’s fundraising efforts.
-
Race Day: On April 29th, students will participate in a lively race around the school grounds. It’s a fantastic opportunity for them to show their school spirit, stay active, and have a great time with their peers.
Why Your Support Matters: The Race for Education is more than just a fundraising event; it’s a chance to foster school spirit, encourage physical activity, and raise essential funds for our students’ educational needs. Your contributions will directly benefit our classrooms by providing:
-
Enhanced Learning Materials: New books, technology, and educational resources.
-
Enrichment Programs: Opportunities for students to engage in extra-curricular activities and special projects.
-
School Improvements: Upgrades to our facilities that support a better learning environment.
Thank you for your support and commitment to making the Race for Education a sucess. Together, we can achieve our fundraising goal and make a positive impact on our students' education journey!
