Boys & Girls Clubs of Mid Central Coast Annual Fundraisers are going virtual - bringing the party to YOU! Get together with your friends while maintaining social distancing using technology, your mobile phone, and a special Boys & Girls Clubs personal touch! Our annual galas have always been about coming together to support local youth. Your support this year is more critical than ever as we continue to do whatever it takes to serve our youth who need us the most.
With schools closed, it critical that we keep the Clubs open. BGCMCC is following safety guidelines and providing:
· Kids with daily, healthy meals
· Assistance & mentoring with their schoolwork
· Access to computers and Wi-Fi
· Boys and Girls Clubs programs like Smart Girls, Art Classes, and Money Matters
On Saturday, Oct 17, John & I are hosting a Virtual Party to benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of the Central Coast, beginning at 5:30 PM. We will be serving cocktails and delicious food in our courtyard, complete with social distancing, outdoor lighting and patio heaters. We would love to have you join us, safely, but, should you feel more comfortable in your own home, please join us virtually.
The online auction has some great items; including travel that can be booked through 2022, Golfing in Monterey, and a virtual Italian Wine Tasting experience. Please also consider providing a scholarship (or more than 1) for a Club Member (Formerly known as Have A Heart). The on-line auction began on 10/9, and will continue through the evening of 10/17. Please join us in supporting this very special Virtual House Party to help our local children and teens! Your help is critical as we come together to keep the Club doors open for the most at risk kids.
