Community Workout @ The Hall

Community workout – Pick your workout!!

 

All Levels Welcome! Join us for a fun, energizing workout outside OR an invigorating yoga workout inside!!

 

No matter your fitness level, this session is designed to get you moving, sweating, and connecting.

 

What to Expect:

  • A 45-60 minute group workout led by a certified trainer.
  • A mix of bodyweight exercises, cardio, and stretching
  • Options to scale up or down depending on your fitness level
  • Great music, great energy, and a welcoming atmosphere!

 

What to Bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Workout mat or towel
  • Comfortable clothing & sneakers
  • A friend or two!

 

Let’s move together, have fun, and build a stronger community—one rep at a time!

 

Veterans, active-duty, their spouses, and their dependent children are at no cost, as well as our Gold Star families and active volunteers. All others are $10 each. You may make a donation with your reservation or pay at the door (cash only).
