Over the past 33 years, PCC has been committed to ensuring that no person living with HIV or AIDS goes without the medical care, support, and everyday resources they deserve. 

In 2024, your gifts have helped 698 Clients, including 128 new clients, and provided:

• 2,500+ free HIV/STI tests
• 527 Clients with emergency financial assistance or home-delivered meals
• 372 Clients with transportation for medical appointments and access to services
• 594 Clients with housing assistance to prevent homelessness
• Over 21,000 total contacts with clients
