Please note that all winning bidders will be required to complete a brief form when picking up their item.  This is required of Political Action Committees by the Texas Election Commission.  The form asks for basic demographic information such as Name, Address, Phone # and Occupation.  If you are a business, you will need to affirm that you are not a corporation or owned by a corporation. 

Items purchased are not federal tax deductible as charitable contributions.
